Cookies are small files stored by a browser. This static site does not run advertising technology or analytics. It uses browser localStorage, which is similar in purpose but is not technically a cookie, to remember the choice made in the consent banner. The preference prevents the banner from appearing repeatedly during ordinary navigation.

Consent controls
Accept All and Reject Non-Essential currently record the same practical site preference because no non-essential cookies are implemented. Preferences records that the banner choice has been reviewed. These controls do not activate analytics, advertising or profiling. If future functionality changes, this policy should be updated before that functionality is introduced.
External content
Photographs are loaded from Picsum Photos. Loading an external image can involve a request to that provider and may expose ordinary technical information. That request is not a cookie feature controlled by this site. Review the external provider’s information if this matters to your use.
Browser management
You can inspect and remove stored data through browser settings. In Chrome, open Settings, Privacy and security, then Site settings or Delete browsing data. In Firefox, open Settings, Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data. In Safari, open Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data. Menus vary by browser version. Clearing site data may reset the consent banner and other local preferences.
