Privacy Policy

Who operates this site
sparkparcelporchs.com is a fictional educational project operated by Northline Exposure Studio Ltd., company number 14820731, registered address 18 Alder Quay, Bristol BS1 4QH, United Kingdom. It is not presented as an accredited photography school or established workshop provider. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information collected
The contact form may collect your name, email address, selected photography interest, experience level, preferred workshop type, preferred location type and message. These fields are supplied voluntarily. The site also receives ordinary technical information from your browser and hosting environment, such as request time, device type and IP address, where the hosting provider records it for security and delivery.
Use and retention
Form information is intended only to understand an enquiry and respond if a response channel is available. This demonstration site does not transmit the form to a server. Its local success state is held in the browser only. If you contact the listed email address, the email provider may retain that correspondence under its own terms. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal duties or security investigation.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses localStorage to remember a cookie-consent choice. It does not implement analytics, advertising identifiers or non-essential tracking cookies. The contact form does not set a cookie. Browser storage can be cleared through browser settings.
Processors and transfers
Images are loaded from Picsum Photos URLs. A browser request to that service may expose technical information to its infrastructure. No analytics processor or mailing platform is implemented by this static site. Hosting, email and image providers may process information in other countries under their own arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of information. You may also complain to a relevant data-protection authority. UK GDPR, EU GDPR and CCPA/CPRA rights can vary with context, legal basis and exemptions. Contact us first so a request can be understood and handled appropriately; identity may need to be verified.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational care should be used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure. This policy may change when the site changes. The current version is dated above.
